Package Your Items

Securely pack the jewellery in its original branded packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates are included to maintain the item's eligibility.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
